Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms: A £250.00 non-refundable fee is required at time of booking with the balance due 14 days before the Wedding. Please make cheques payable to: MAGIC VIDEO MOMENTS.

Editing: Production time of your completed DVD's is a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks. Any re-edits other than the editors corrections will be chargeable.

Meals for the Cameramen: It is a condition of booking that a hot meal and refreshments are provided for the cameraman or cameramen at the same time as the wedding breakfast. This is to ensure that he (they) do not leave the venue and are on hand to cover the filming of the cake cutting and to set up for recording of the speeches.

Copyright: The copyright of all DVD's produced is retained by Magic Video Moments and it is an offence to make copies of them. We have the right to use any video footage for demonstration purpose including Wedding Shows.

Discounts: If you are booking via a Wedding Show or a recommendation from someone we may have filmed in the past, then upon confirmation of this there will be 10% discount. 10% discount also applies for Wedding's Booked in the out of season months of October, November and January through to March. 15% discount applies for a combination of recommended or Show & out of season weddings.

Permission: It is the customer's responsibility to get the necessary permission and to pay any fees to have the wedding filmed in Church or any other venue.
